- Paper (yellow, white, orange, red, green)
- Black pen or marker
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Provided template

Step 1: Print out the provided template and cut out all the shapes
Step 2: Attach the templates of the smaller half circle and the chicken's comb to the red paper,
then cut out the shapes.
Step 3: Attach the three ovals and single triangle to yellow paper and cut out the shapes.
Step 4: Attach the large half circle, three little beaks, and the tail to the orange paper with staples, and cut out the shapes.
Step 5: Now, begin assembling the parts. Grab the green paper, which will serve as the background for your project.
Step 6: Adhere the orange half circle and tail onto the paper. Next, attach the comb, beak, and eye.
Step 7: Fold the straight part of the smaller red half circle over to create a tab for gluing. Glue the wing into the place.
Step 8: Glue the three ovals beneath the wing.
Step 9: Glue the beaks on, and use black pen or marker to draw the sleepy eyes. Now fold the wing back to hide the chicks.
